Couldn’t recommend this vets enough. visiting the vets is not always a positive experience but it does help with friendly, calming and empathetic staff like hannah and Elle. Thankyou so much.

We recently changed out vets to PHP and I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review. I work in the animal welfare industry and that means I see our vets sometimes multiple times a week. The entire practice is friendly and VERY about doing the right thing. Of course they are professional otherwise we wouldn't have chosen them but there is more to it - tailored approach to each individual customer and their pets, is what drove me towards them. We discuss the best steps forward, make a plan and stick to it. And whilst I have now had the chance to meet almost the entire team, Gemma, our assigned vet, is simply a gem. Her friendliness, professionalism and passion is second to none. She is knowledgable, friendly, funny and very kind. All our dogs are treated with the utmost respect and so are the humans behind my job. I am very grateful for all the help and support we received from PHP and I very much look forward to working with them in the future :))

We had exceptional helpful and friendly service at this lovely practice. Our dog had an accident when we were on holiday. We are very grateful to all the wonderful staff. What a pleasure it is to deal with a non- corporate practice. The difference is amazing.

Five Stars – Truly Amazing Care for My Cat, Tilly I can’t thank the team at Pet Health Partnership enough for saving my cat, Tilly. She needed an emergency C-section and had a rare infection, and from the moment we called the practice the care and compassion from every single staff member was incredible. The team acted quickly, explained everything clearly and kindly, and made sure I felt supported during such a stressful time. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly made all the difference. Thanks to them, Tilly came through safely — and I’m so grateful. You can tell they genuinely care about animals, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets now. Thank you again for everything!
