Natterjacks Vet

Sadly my first visit back after many years was a sad one as my much loved pet was put to sleep on 4th December. I had a four year break from pet rats as they don’t live long and it was heartbreaking losing them . I was treated with such kindness and compassion. Even small details such as emptying the pet carrier meant so much to me so I wouldn’t have to look at the uneaten food and the bedding he laid in during his last moments. He was carefully wrapped in a little blanket and treated with so much respect even at the very end . Thank you for making a very upsetting day that little bit easier for me.

Daisy went for her annual health check and booster. The vet who saw Daisy was lovely and Daisy was comfortable with her, as Daisy has anxiety and shakes when she enters the vets. Very pleased with visit, thank you.

Been with Natterjacks since moving to Poole for 8 years and never had a vets practice that greet you so warmly and with such empathy and their care for your pets is outstanding. I can honestly say it’s not all about the money but the well being of your much loved pet

Natterjacks Poole are just the most wonderful vets!!! They have looked after my elderly animals until it was time to say goodbye and looked after new kittens as we welcome them to our home. The animals are always treated so kindly and we are treated so well. They are kind, respectful and incredibly professional. I feel Lucky to be able to say that Natterjacks is our vets, and confident that they will always do the right thing!

Excellent Vets. We took our cat Harrison for his annual check up and vaccination. He was given upmost care, as he gets easily stressed. He was even given a treat before going home. We are starting our 2nd year with Natterjacks, and Harrison has also had some dental work done. I would fully recommend the practice.

We took our cats, Duke and Daisy, to Natterjacks for their annual vaccinations and couldn’t be happier with the care they received. Everyone was so kind and gentle with them, which really helped put them (and us!) at ease. The vet also took the time to check Duke’s ear infection thoroughly, explain what was going on, and make sure he was comfortable and on the right treatment. It really felt like they cared about both of them as if they were their own pets. Thank you for looking after our two so well — we highly recommend Natterjacks!

We registered both our small dogs with Natterjacks about five years ago after moving to the area. I’d always heard great things about them, but having come from an excellent previous vet, I wasn’t sure any practice could top it. Well—Natterjacks in Poole absolutely have, and they continue to impress us! Booking appointments is always straightforward, and when something urgent has come up, they’ve consistently offered same-day appointments—which really makes a difference. The reception team is always friendly and welcoming, and the nurses and vets are just as lovely. I never thought I’d say this, but our little dog Chester loves going to the vet (mainly for the cuddles!), which definitely helps ease any stress. They’ve also been incredibly kind and understanding with our older, anxious dog Millie—so patient and gentle with her every time. Pricing is more than fair. I usually brace myself when it comes to the bill, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised more often than not. Hands down, the best vet practice around. Thank you so much to the whole team for the amazing care you provide—your love for animals truly shows.
