They got me quick as it was an emergency. Very caring and helped me with my pet rat, she was very poorly, nothing could done for her to carry on living way she was, unfortunately had be put to sleep. Very sincere.

Five stars for the vets, the care… and the ongoing battle of wits with Heidi on reception! We couldn’t recommend Vets for Pets Poole highly enough. The care and attention shown to our two pugs, Pippa and Dibley, has been brilliant. They’re treated with such kindness, patience and genuine affection — which is especially impressive considering the amount of drama two pugs can produce over absolutely nothing. The clinical care is excellent, the team are always friendly and reassuring, and we’ve always felt that Pippa and Dibley are genuinely in safe hands. And then there’s Heidi on reception. Our ongoing banter is now so well established I’m not entirely sure whether I’m a client or simply someone she tolerates in exchange for letting the pugs see the vet. 😂 Professional, caring, welcoming — and just the right amount of cheekiness. Five stars from us, Pippa, Dibley… and, reluctantly, also 5 stars for Heidi. 🐾❤️

Took my Dachshund x Pug to Vets4Pets Ashley Road because she had developed a nasty skin rash. No tests were done and I was just told it was a yeast infection and allergies. Eighteen months later she was still suffering after numerous visits and I was still told it was yeast and allergies. I decided to take her to another vets and they took samples and did skin tests and it was not a yeast infection or allergies. They prescribed antibiotics and thankfully now she’s recovering at long last. The new vets did more for us in a week than Vets4Pets did for us in eighteen months so if you care for your pets don’t use them.
