Took my dog here to see Emma she was amazing truly cared about our dog and was amazing all the staff are lovely and our dog is fully recovered couldn’t ask for more

My dog had haemoragic gastroenteritis. She’s an old lady and very dear to us. The team at Priory Vets provided sympathetic round the clock care for our beautiful friend for two nights. She is now recovering well. I can now look forward to a few more healthy years with her. Thank Priory Vets for your excellent service. Nearly two years on from our last encounter my old lady has finally come to the end of her days. Running up to this time I would like to complement Priory on the excellent service we received. Merlot was diagnosed and successfully treated for many months with Cushing’s disease and finally when her time had come the empathetic and incredibly supportive team helped her to sleep in a rather beautiful way. Never to be forgotten, our thanks go out to the fantastic team at Priory

Lovely practice, helpful, friendly staff, nurses and vets. I took my dog to be neutered, it was quick, easy, he recovered well. Great after care. Thank you to Sophie for doing such a good job.

So very happy we’ve found this vet group, have had appointments at Highcliffe and at Purewell. ALL the staff have been beyond amazing, kind, friendly, helpful & efficient. It is, of course a team effort - and we have put this group forward for a national vet award recently however, special thanks to the vets (most recently Marcus) and nurses for their excellent, professional, ‘bedside manner’ (for us pet parents) and care. Trust is huge and ours has been restored, thank you. Highly recommended if you are not already a client here.

Rusty has been looked after by the team at Priory for the last 2 years and they’ve honestly been incredible. A huge thank you to Jess, Rusty’s cardiologist – she’s amazing with him. She’s so open-minded, really listens to what you have to say and is always happy to share her knowledge. I feel so lucky to have her looking after him. Rusty has also been cared for by Sophie a couple of years ago for a dental under anaesthetic and more recently by Marcus for another dental. Both of them were just brilliant and made me feel so reassured. The whole team are just wonderful – they’re super caring, always keep you updated and so loving with Rusty. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Wonderful caring vets, reasonably priced not just after money like the big chains. Were so good when I had to have my cat put to sleep.

There is no way I could ever put into words how much Priory and Alexa and Sam in particular have done for me and my wonderful boy, Dobby. Dobby had so many health problems and had so many surgeries and as a result, was very reactive. When we moved from Oxford, I spent months trying to find the right vet and I thank my lucky stars every single day that I found Priory and Alexa. There was never any judgement whatsoever. Alexa always saw Dobby in the car park and they built the most wonderful bond. Dobby would always wag his tail and give her a woo-woo bark. Alexa was always totally honest with us and so kind. She always spent more time than she needed to with us and was always at the end of the phone. When Dobby's time sadly came on Easter Friday, Alexa was there for me and Dobby like she always was. And I couldn't have wished for more in Dobby's last moments. She held him with me and I will never forget the tail wag her gave her as she walked in the room. Alexa- thank you. We managed 3 wonderful years with Dobby and I know that wouldn't have been possible without your support and guidance. And I can never thank you enough for being with Dobby and I in those last moments. I will be forever grateful.

Couldn’t be more grateful for all the help they have given me. Marcus that works there is absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and so kind and friendly. Was told by my vet before my daxi had to go to a specialist that did dental work due to him having a massive fistula on each side. Came here instead and it’s been about a quarter of the price and received the best care for my boy. Would 100% recommend .
