I’ve kept small animals/exotics for 15+ years and have never come across a vet more knowledge than Stan. I have been taking my guinea pigs to Magnolia House for over a year now for various reasons and Stan is always amazing. All of the staff are very caring, attentive and treat every animal (no matter size or species) with the same respect and care as every other pet. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Stan and the team have been brilliant. My chinchilla was really well cared for. A really professional, kind and caring vetinary practice. I cannot recommend highly enough especially for exotic pets.

We’ve been using this vet practice for a little while now and couldn’t be happier with the care, help and advice we’ve received. The whole team are friendly, professional, and compassionate. You can tell they all love what they do. A special shoutout to Jenny— the kindest, most chilled vet we have ever met and so helpful right from the very start. Plus our dog loves her! Although my visit had a very upsetting outcome, it was through no fault of the staff. They were very informative and reassuring. I would absolutely take my tortoise there if I had another one.

I have a bearded dragon that I rescued and Stan has been wonderful, explaining all the things I needed to know as she has MBD and a mouth rot. I have been three times to Magnolia House and each time, I have felt nothing but welcome and reassured by all staff. Stan was also very understanding of my financial situation and thought this through before telling me what needed to be done. I'm very happy with Magnolia House and would definitely recommend any body with Exotic pets to go here.
