This place has Angels working in there, those who trully CARE abour your pet and you. They helped me many times and at the times they could not help they made me feel special and cared for. Thank you SO much for being so kind and so professional. You are the best. ❤️💕❣️

Our tortoise had suffered what we thought was a prolapse. Having been with our local vet Seadown for many years previously, we called them for advice. The receptionist at Seadown was very unhelpful and told us that because it had been over 4 years since our last appointment, we would have to re-register, which could take 6 to 8 weeks. We were not offered an appointment. So we contacted Magnolia House vets, and the service we received was second to none. The receptionist was more than helpful, and despite having to register and being fully booked, we were offered a 6pm appointment that day. On our arrival, the receptionist was cheerful and very helpful. The vetinary surgeon, Esme, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and extremely attentive and explained everything. We left Amber with them. Whatever the outcome, we could find no fault in the service we received and believe Amber will receive the best care possible. 12 out of 10. Thank you. March 2026. It has been a year since Amber was treated and she is still doing very well.

Please if you love your fur babies don’t use this vets!!!!!!! My dog died due the neglect. He went In for a routine operation told me everything went great. But a few days later I had to take him back because he had an infection, wouldn’t eat or drink and he started having trouble’s breathing they didn’t care and just disregarded me about everything and sent me home.. He died later that night!!!

Honestly the best vets I’ve ever been to, so lucky to have found them recently, they saved my little dogs life. So, so knowledgeable and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog there for treatment knowing she would receive the best care and that they would do everything they could to save her. Very honest with me throughout her illness and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The vet nurses were brilliant and the reception staff so polite, kind and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough you will be be in good hands if you register your pet with them.

I’ve kept small animals/exotics for 15+ years and have never come across a vet more knowledge than Stan. I have been taking my guinea pigs to Magnolia House for over a year now for various reasons and Stan is always amazing. All of the staff are very caring, attentive and treat every animal (no matter size or species) with the same respect and care as every other pet. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
