Met Rosie for the first time on Tuesday and was so impressed. When Stephan left I was concerned ,but no need Rosie was amazing with Princess and such a lovely person. Can’t thank her enough!

Been going to Medivets Christchurch Dorset (previously Best Friends Vets) for 15 now. Staff are lovely compassionate and caring and recommend the practice to everyone

My dog had booster shot ,I told vet was worried about a lump on his chest ,took sample said its fatty lump did not charge me to do it ,other places charge for extra services ,they care about your best friends ,even remembered conversations had 6 months ago so they do get know you and your best friends ,recommend this place 100% ,been to loads vets over the years get to know if they are good or bad but this place is best for my best mate .

My cat was loose in my car when I arrived at vets after fighting / refusing to go in cat basket at home . Never had this experience with her before with her hissing and biting . The vet and receptionist came out with their own cage and after managing to wrap cat in a towel managed to put in their cage safely and into vets . I was so concerned about my traumatised cat but the vet was so helpful and calm for her checkup . She was absolutely fine when I got her home . What great service - such lovely ladies . Thank you

Whilst Benji had his check re his upset tummy..Rosie was very companionate...it turned out to be the Red and Green Lentils in the Butternut Box which didn't agree with Benji'....he's now back on his Butchers Healthy Heart foil trays and all is normal Thank you Rosie. Woofs Benji 🐾🐾

I love this Vet and very pleased I found it. I was not rushed at all and got the attention and time I needed for my pets. Reasonably priced-not like other places who wants to rip your off.Here-it is all about the Pet and not the money. My pets were so relaxed during the visit-I was pleased to see. Our vet Rosie was very knowledgeable and caring-she is the best ever and trully loves animals. Thank you so much! X
