My Jack Russell terrier needed an x-ray and treatment for a cruciate ligament tear. David, the vet, couldn't have been more caring towards my dog. He was also excellent at explaining everything that would be done (testing for the cruciate ligament tear, X-raying the joints, extracting blood for platelet therapy), and why. Importantly, he paid particular attention to her medical history, adjusting the sedative so that she wouldn't end up groggy for a full 24 hours like for an x-ray that was done at another vet. I felt as if he wasn't rushing and had all the time in the world to devote to the care of my dog. She came out of the surgery far more her usual self, just with a few shaved patches. David was great at explaining what he found and the next steps to take. The price quoted was substantial, but in the end it wasn't as bad as I feared, and given the amount of treatment my dog had. I thought the price was very fair all in all. I highly recommend Piddle Valley vets for cutting edge treatment, kindness and really good care.

Absolutely disgusting. Because your dog is a rescue dog, we won't blah blah blah, it is our policy, your dog could contaminate humans. So what you are saying is, because my dog is a rescue dog you won't administer any care at all for him? Yes that's right. Unbelievable.
