A big thank you to Megan, Rachel, Talita, Mark, and all the wonderful nurses behind the scenes for going above and beyond for our 5-month-old pup this week. We've been in every day for his ear cleaner and drops to treat a nasty infection after spending hours trying to get them in at home. You've all been so patient and kind, and it's been lovely to see him so much more comfortable and relaxed over the last couple of days after being a very wriggly and resistant boy last week despite all the treats, belly rubs and fuss! I’m pleased to report that Newton Clark is still his favourite place ever (dogs & treats!!), and he's made some new besties along the way! What a wonderful team you are! ☺️ Thanks again Kirsty & Daniel (the Spaniel) 🤎

We sadly had to have our dog put to sleep, very tough. The vet came to ours and provided lots of support, kindness and compassion as we couldn't control the tears. A few days later, expecting the bill, we got a card from the vet practice expressing their heartfelt sympathies. The bill will of course come but it is a small gesture which shows great care and thoughtfulness.

Unfortunately my lovely companion of 13 years, passed over the Rainbow bridge this week. All I can say is a very big thank you, Jo you were amazing. My poor boy drifted off, without any undue stress. I felt supported and was given time to say goodbye. I appreciated how Jo explained to me everything, having discussed all options before we came to the correct path . So thank you .

Really impressed with the entire team from the moment we were greeted by the smiling and welcoming Reception staff to the lovely vet nurse who admitted our dog and the kind, gentle and very knowledgeable Kate who managed our 33kg GSD as if she were a kitten. I have been a client for ten years, and I greatly value the care you provide for my pets over the years. Unfortunately, I need to raise an issue about the waiting room experience I had this week with my cat Kevin, taken for his annual appointment. When we arrived the dedicated cat area was occupied by 2 dogs. As a result we had to move to the dog area, which although larger, had a dog present. The reason I am bringing this to your attention is that, as you know, cats can become extremely stressed by the proximity, sound and smell of dogs. Unfortunately Kevin became quite anxious and terrified during our wait. My main goal is to make visits to the Vet as stress free as possible for Kevin and other people's cats and to maintain the separation of spaces is key to this. In the past, in your other location, I used to wait in the car, until the Vet called me, That's why I was over the moon that at last, the need for a separate area was addressed.
