Really impressed with the entire team from the moment we were greeted by the smiling and welcoming Reception staff to the lovely vet nurse who admitted our dog and the kind, gentle and very knowledgeable Kate who managed our 33kg GSD as if she were a kitten. Thank you all. Fiona and Tara (the GSD).

I have been a client for ten years, and I greatly value the care you provide for my pets over the years. Unfortunately, I need to raise an issue about the waiting room experience I had this week with my cat Kevin, taken for his annual appointment. When we arrived the dedicated cat area was occupied by 2 dogs. As a result we had to move to the dog area, which although larger, had a dog present. The reason I am bringing this to your attention is that, as you know, cats can become extremely stressed by the proximity, sound and smell of dogs. Unfortunately Kevin became quite anxious and terrified during our wait. My main goal is to make visits to the Vet as stress free as possible for Kevin and other people's cats and to maintain the separation of spaces is key to this. In the past, in your other location, I used to wait in the car, until the Vet called me, That's why I was over the moon that at last, the need for a separate area was addressed.

The only vets around that have listened and understood my pets issues. after a terrible experience at another vets practice, newton Clarke have no began investigating and treating his symptoms until we have an answer. Very friendly as well!

I recently had to take my beloved elderly cat, Ernie, to Newton Clarke as he had fallen very ill. Although the outcome was somewhat expected, it was still a shock and a heart-wrenching experience for any pet owner. The reality of owning a pet includes knowing when to let them find peace. Newton Clarke couldn't have been more professional and compassionate during the two visits we made within two days. They allowed me to focus my energy on loving Ernie during his last 24 hours and grieving for him without the burden of administrative tasks which they took the lead on. I regret not catching the vet's name during Ernie’s final appointment, but she was truly wonderful, guiding me through the entire process with warmth and understanding. Her compassion made an unbearable situation more manageable. Thank you to the kind vet and everyone at Newton Clarke for your incredible support and care during such a difficult time. Your kindness and professionalism meant the world to both Ernie and me.

I cannot fault Newton Clarke Vets , I have been with them since they first started and have had 7 dogs and 2 cats all well cared for and professionally treated by them. My most recent year has been a difficult one with two of my dogs both needing orthopaedic treatment one a cruciate ligament repair - and numerous illnesses on top . I honestly can say the team here have been nothing short of fantastic … particularly Leanne who has a huge source of knowledge and has managed mine through their recovery and ongoing issues . I cant recommend them more highly …..

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. They were so great yesterday when we had to take our boy in after eating things he shouldn't but he got lots of cuddles from the nurse and that made him feel so much better
