This practice is exactly what pet owners want, from Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Budgies and Dogs they are the epitome of Care, Compassion & Convenience. Their caring is foremost with all of my pets in whatever circumstance I have needed them. Their compassion is what a lot of practices seem to have lost, they understand how owners feel, they fully explain each situation and genuinely understand the financial and emotional stress of what a much loved pet can be. Their convenience of availability and willingness to clarify or discuss over the phone, in certain situations, or in surgery plus now on line is as best as you are likely to find in our area. Most importantly to me is their out of hours service manned by our Vets that we have come to know and trust, not a stranger who has no idea of what is being presented to them other than the immediate situation…..please dont ever change that. Lastly but certainly not least, are the front line staff, the receptionists, efficient, willing, and with a good sense of humour when needed. I will use on line but I much prefer talking to those friendly faces in reception who have become a huge part in the total care this practice gives and has given to all of my creatures both Great & Small!!
