We have been at Hillside Vets for a number of years and would not go anywhere else.Excellent care from a professional and compassionate veterinary team to include nurses and receptionists Keith as well as all the vets are kind knowledgeable and reassuring. We have been with Hillside since it first opened. We love the payment plan. It makes costs so much easier.Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Keith is our favourite. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

First time visiting this friendly and welcoming vets. Impressed with the layout, a separate area for cats and dogs. The receptionists were very helpful and efficient. We were given a welcome pack which had goodies in and relevant information for our dog. Chris the vet was very knowledgeable and helpful about our future plans. He gave our doggie an injection and she didn’t even flinch. One happy family.

After 19 years it was time to say goodbye to my little mate Bodie. I was a blubbering mess but was treated with as much care as Bodie. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks for being so understanding Dawn.

Hillside Vets have looked after us and our golden retrievers for over 10 years. Whoever we speak to are always friendly, welcoming and informative. They really care about our boys as if they were their own, and always have treats behind the reception desk. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 😊

Hillside vets are just amazing. Our dog would point blank refuse to go into other vets we’ve tried, but since joining hillside she drags us in there. The cats aren’t upset when they have to go, and it’s the only place our smallest but most attitude filled cat actually behaves! The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when managing upsetting situations. The vets & nurses all deal with our fluffies with such care, we trust them implicitly. Even the care we’ve received after a loss of a fur baby, with the card and forget-me-not seeds that are sent out, is a lovely touch. Whilst there may be slightly cheaper options, we know that with the way our animals have been treated at hillside, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. You get what you pay for and the treatment, before, during and after anything we’ve needed them for has been first class. Thank you everyone at hillside 😊

I took my 19 year old cat for several acupuncture treatments at Hillside and Keith and the team were brilliant. Keith was very patient and calming when administering treatment and gave me plenty of helpful advice for keeping the cat comfortable, in addition to the acupuncture. I never would have thought that my cat would sit still long enough for acupuncture so I was amazed that this was possible. Thank you Hillside Vets.
