I feel that I’ve had so much support and truly compassionate care during the years that I’ve been with Pilgrims. Particularly recently as it’s been pretty tough, somehow 4 animals have been under their care, all at once, from ponies to my dog and my cat, and it’s made such a big difference knowing that they have the animals’ interests at the forefront and that they care as much as I do. Kindness, professionalism, above and beyond care, checking up to see how things are, and, today, having their support and kindness when a particular battle we were facing together was lost.

Lovely local practice. Really friendly and helpful. On road parking outside can be difficult due to narrow road and limited space.

We have used pilgrims for the last 12 years for all our pets. Great, caring service even at dificult times. Cant recomend them enough.
